NBYC clubhouse has a maximum of 85 for inside seating and a maximum of 120 for events that use the inside and outside facilities.  Attendee limit is based on clubhouse size and parking space limitations.  Member requests are filled first, then new member applications to fill their obligation of 1 event and then guests.  Some events are members only.  Cruise dates take priority.  To volunteer or host an event contact Jacqueline Douglas 637 5212 or jdouglasnbyc@aol.com

 Ocracoke in the Fall

 

Grab your calendar and save the weekend of September 10-12 for the New Bern Yacht Club’s annual Fall Foray to the Anchorage Marina. 

Reserve your space now on the docks or contact one of the convenient hotel, motel, or B&Bs.

The agenda for the weekend will be as in the past with heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails  planned for Friday evening under the gazebo on the dock. 

Saturday on your own in the Am with games and contests for participants or spectators in the afternoon on the Commons by the museum. 

Cocktails as you see fit will end the day and dinner will be planned at a restaurant to be determine (probably the Back Porch Restaurant).
